Psychological Wellness Series aims to promote psychological wellness in EdUHK. Different workshops are available to help increase students' understanding and knowledge of psychological wellness. Below show some examples of our previous workshops.

Students have a chance to experience mindful art drawing/ creation to review and relax themselves in a peaceful way!
Mindfulness and Yoga Workshop
Students have a chance to practice yoga with mindfulness. You can do exercise to strengthen both your physical and psychological wellbeing at the same time. You might also understand more about how stress affecting us and explore lots of methods to relax yourselves.
Stress Management Workshop
Students can know the myths of having stress in daily lives, explore the stressors around them and understand the coping methods which are useful to them.
Sleep Hygiene Workshop
With the information shared in the workshops, students are able to understand what a ‘good’ sleep is and the methods to enhance better quality of sleep.
Interaction with therapy Dogs (visit)
The concept of animal-assisted therapy and stress management is blended in the workshop to provide useful information and emotional support to the participants. Come and enjoy the moments with Professor Paws in our "Relaxation Workshop with Professor Paws" or 'Roaming Therapy Dog visit' in campus.
