During the University life, students may face struggles and difficulties from time to time. Gaining support and care from others is essential for overcoming those difficulties.
In these workshops, participants will have chance to have more understanding on mental health and identify whom are in emotional distress. Participants will also learn some comforting communication skills to support the peers.
It is hoped that the workshops can not only benefit those who are willing to support their friends who are in need, but also enhance their helping skills in their designated roles at the campus.
