Upon successful completion of the scheme (i.e. submission of assessments tasks via e-Portfolio with postive feedback from mentors), every participating mentee will be able to receive
(i) a merit-based Learning Award, comprising a one-off honorarium of around HK$3,500; and
(ii) ELAT credits (Personal Effectiveness under Category B) to honour his/her learning journey.
