Transportation Location of HKIEdThe Hong Kong Institute of Education ( HKIEd ) is located in Tai Po and is accessible by public transport. Three maps are provided below. While the location map gives driving directions, the transportation map shows how to get to HKIEd by public transport. In addition, the campus map shows how to get around the campus. Travel to and from the Airport Participants may take the Airport Express. Journey between the Airport and downtown ( Central ) takes approximately 24 minutes. Fares for an adult vary between HK$60 – HK$100 for a single journey. Travellers can also take hotel coaches and limousines at the Transportation Information Centre at the Arrival Hall. Please contact your hotel for detailed transportation arrangement. Airbuses to major city centres operate on regular and frequent schedules. They can reach most of the major hotels. An overnight bus service will cover the airport’s 24 -hour operation. Participants can also get to the Conference venue by other means of transportation. For instance, you can take the MTR and go all the way to “Tai Po Market” station and take Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) No .275 ( flat fare HK$ 4.5 ). The bus will take you right to the Hong Kong Institute of Education ( HKIEd ). ( Transportation Map )
