This will be an interactive session focusing on how leaders adapt their leadership style to the different stages of school improvement in primary schools. Professor Hallinger will briefly present an overview of findings from two different studies of leadership and successful school improvement. Then the floor will be open to sharing of experience and questions about how primary school leaders adapt their leadership styles and strategies to the needs of their schools.
