Ms. Esther Kwok received her bachelor degree of Speech and Hearing Science, University of Hong Kong and Master degree of Stroke and Clinical Neurosciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  With passion and compassion, Esther as a Medical Speech-Language Pathologist walk the path and provide professional speech therapy service to patients and families across life-span under Hospital Authority and NGOs for over 20 years.
Since 2014, Esther entered the noble teaching pathway and serve Department of Special Education of Counselling, Hong Kong Institute of Education as core teaching member of Master of Science in Educational Speech-Language Pathology and Learning Disabilities (MScESLPLD). To be the Programme Leader of Positive Education since 2016, Esther cultivate Positive Psychology and Positive Education to undergraduates, local teachers under PDP Positive Education Programme, EdUHK and community as precious education of Life influences Life.

Deep bow to Dr Helen Ma, Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, Professor Mark Williams and Mindful teachers of Oxford Mindfulness Centre who planted seeds of Mindfulness deep inside Esther to allow loving-kindness and wisdom to transform from within. Being Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Teacher nowadays, Ms. Esther Kwok provided Mindfulness teaching to parents, medical allied health and teaching professionals.
