Ms. Noel Yeung is a Registered Social Worker and Teacher. She was
graduated from Monash University, HKU, HK Poly U and HKSYU respectively. She has been working as a School Social Worker and Teacher at Kau Yan School. Her expertise includes parent education, teachers support and student with SEN.

In 2015, she was nominated by the school to attend the positive education study tour in Melbourne. In 2018, she participated in the Positive Education School Association 2018 conference in Melbourne.
In order to promote the school-home cooperation, she helped the school to establish the Parent Peer Counsellor Team. The Parent Peer Counsellor Team helps the other parents who are in need and promotes an important message of Positive Parenting at school.
