The Power of Works First Inter-varsity English Speaking and Debating Competition (Nanjing Normal University vs HKIEd) Dr Jasmine Luk Lecturer, Department of English
As an educator, Professor Cheng demonstrates profound concern for both social and education issues. Although every critique calls for extra commitment on top of his already very demanding schedule, Professor Cheng still insists on voicing his concerns on numerous issues beyond the call of his day-to-day research and teaching. This is indeed a blessing to the Hong Kong community. Professor Cheng's research topics are broad and far-sighted, the most recent examples being multi-dimensional thinking and the study on multi-dimensional creativity and its applications. Joy of Learning wishes Professor Cheng every success in his research efforts, as they continue to bring new horizons to the development of education.
