HKIEd Joy of Learning No.2, 2005

優質幼教樹新風
幼教研習團分別到過上海、北京和廣州取經，參觀當地以音樂、美術或舞蹈等藝術教育見稱的幼兒園。研習團對幼兒在學習和掌握藝術技巧方面的表現讚嘆不已，印象難忘。

「當我看見小朋友對音樂和節奏的掌握，才明白到教師的教學技巧和藝術造詣同樣重要。內地的老師不但教學出色，而且擁有卓越的歌唱、舞蹈或其他藝術才華。要成為未來的幼師，我要加倍努力，強化自己多方面的才能。」

徐倩儀是另一位研習團成員，當天目睹廣州的小朋友在寬廣的操場中蹦蹦跳跳，對香港的小朋友難有同類機會感到有點婉惜。廣州小朋友進行的「三浴訓練」，目的是鍛煉腿部肌肉，難怪他們都身體強健。同類活動較難在香港推行，主要由於本地環境擠迫，師生比例高達一比十四至十五，與內地一位教師只需照顧四至八名學生比較，實在不可同日而語。

* 三浴訓練是指讓學生在陽光、空氣和水中做舒展運動。
