HKIEd Joy of Learning No.2, 2005
祟德學校的經驗
課室裏，二十名小四學生分成五個小組。數學老師在教授小數的計算方法，不同水平的同學按老師指示，在組內先各自工作，然後再跟其他組員交流，合作解決難題，過程強調組內的集體努力和互相扶持精神。拍手和讚美的歡呼是常用的表示欣賞形式，討論、鼓勵和評估，是讓個別學生深化學習的方法。
「合作學習是解決學生個別差異的有效方法，在分組過程中表現出眾的學生會成為小組裏的『小老師』，協助組內同學面對學習困難，結果教學相長，連自己的學習成效也得以提升。」陳錦榮博士補充「合作學習」的優點。
