Introduction to Speaker
Dr. Yu earned his PhD from The University of Hong Kong. He is currently Program Coordinator of the Bachelor of Social Sciences in Government and Public Administration, University of Macau. He is an expert on politics and public administration of both Hong Kong and Macau.
