* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time status, and valid date) to ICLT2023 Conference Secretariat at iclt2023@eduhk.hk. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

  1. All fees are in US dollars or HK dollars and non-refundable.
  2. At least ONE author of the accepted paper(s) should complete the registration to ensure your paper(s) can be included in conference booklet. One author can register for at most THREE papers.
  3. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

  1. Online Payment System
    Registration fee is to be paid by HKD by VISA/ MasterCard via online payment system. Payment in USD is not accepted. If you wish to pay the registration fee in USD, please use Telegraphic Transfer (details are as below).
