Poster Presentation

As you will be joining us in Hong Kong, we will provide poster boards for you to display your self-printed poster. The poster board has a surface area of 1.8m wide * 1.2m high and is covered with fabric suitable for push pins, which will be provided to you at the venue. Please expect the announcement on the presentation day and the assigned board number on our website in early November.

Since the posters will be viewed from 3 feet or more, please ensure that all lettering on your poster is at least 3/8 inches high.

A sample layout of a poster is shown below, but you are welcome to use other layouts if you prefer.

FAQ

1. What will be the presentation language?

The default presentation language would be the one you used in your abstract submission. However, poster presentations provide time for interactive, informal discussions between presenters and attendees. Therefore, you are welcome to communicate in any language as long as both parties are comfortable.

2. Can I store the poster at the reception before setting up?

Certainly- please feel free to approach our helpers at the reception in the morning of your presentation day.

To expedite the process, you are encouraged to put down a tag with your name and the assigned board number before passing the poster to us.

3. Can I set up the poster in advance and keep it on the poster board after the presentation period (12:30 pm – 1:30 pm)?

You are welcome to set up your poster starting from 10 am on the presentation day. Please remove your poster before 4 pm on the same day, as unremoved posters will be disposed without any further notice.

4. Is there a maximum number of presenters?

A maximum of three presenters is allowed, with prior notice to the Secretariat. Each presenter is required to register through our Registration Portal.

5. Will the Organising Committee issue a certificate for presenters?

Yes. To go green, e-Certificates of Presentation will be sent to presenters by email within one week upon completion of the presentation.
