Apply To Our Fellowship
Hong Kong educators are grappling with unprecedented challenges from the rapidly changing macro-environment. Schools must adapt to changes while innovating to provide relevant education that aligns with global trends and addresses the evolving needs of students.
To provide a collective starting point to support Hong Kong school principals and leaders working in teams to build their capacity to co-create future-ready, inclusive schools and a learning, collaborative and innovative system, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, co-created with The Education University of Hong Kong, initiated and funded the JC InnoPower Education Fellowship, a 15-month talent and sector development programme, to provide school principals and leaders with broadened exposure and change leadership skills through capacity building with intensive coaching support and funding for a change initiative for the delivery of future-ready and inclusive education in Hong Kong.
