The LILO Summer Residential Session cum Lunch Gathering was successfully concluded

The Summer Residential Session cum Lunch Gathering of the Master of Arts in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations programme (LILO) was successfully concluded on 22 July 2025. Organized by the programme leader, Dr Ying Ji, and Associate Programme Leader, Dr Hayes Tang, the event brought together students from across the globe to share their learning experiences and complete the final course of their academic journey.

The gathering provided a vibrant platform for students to engage directly with their instructors and peers, fostering meaningful discussions on innovative leadership in educational settings. Participants reflected on their growth throughout the programme and exchanged insights on leading change within learning organizations.

As the students concluded this milestone, they are now well-equipped to apply their knowledge and skills in diverse educational contexts, driving forward innovative learning practices worldwide.

The Master of Arts in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations is a full-time, face-to-face programme. It is designed to develop aspiring leaders in educational services organizations with the capacity to effectively lead teams and innovative processes and enhance the professional learning of team members to meet organizational and team goals.
