Theme: "Second language learning and teaching in a changing world: Challenges and opportunities"
Objectives:

ILTAL 2023 is a conference dedicated to exploring the challenges that language learners and teachers are facing in a rapidly changing digital world, and how those challenges might lead to new opportunities in the future of language policy and practice, as well as our society in general. This event is intended to be a platform for researchers, teacher trainers, policymakers, principals, teachers, and graduate students to converse, exchange, and share their research, experience, and ideas about language policy, practice, and technology in education. Technology is impacting language, people and society at large, and this conference seeks to investigate what these impacts are.
