On September 14 and 15, 2017, the "Exchange Program for the University students between Hong Kong and South Korea" was organized by the Centre for Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education (CSENIE). The Special Education Department Chair, Prof. Soon Young Hwang of  Pusan Normal University (PNU), led 47 teachers and students to visit The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). Prof. SIN Kuen Fung, Kenneth, Director of CSENIE addressed a welcoming speech and introduced the missions and work of CSENIE to the visitors in the forum. EdUHK PhD student Ms Luan, Xingchang  and PNU students also shared their views on the development of special education in HK and South Korea. Dr. Poon Chung Yee, Assistant Project Manager of CSENIE accompanied the PNU visitors to visit the HK special schools. The event has enhanced the educational exchanges between the two places and widened the eye sights and fostered the positive learning attitudes of students.
