Quiet Room
A Space to Nourish Your Spirit

Established in 2006, it is the first room specially designed for religious and spiritual activities among Hong Kong tertiary institutions.

With adjustable lighting and acoustic insulation, mattresses and cushions are provided in the Quiet Room, which is adjacent to a pond enveloped by the spiritual garden, creating a serene environment for spiritual and mindfulness workshops. Facilitators can also be invited through the Centre to lead the religious or spiritual activities.

Spiritual Activity Room
A Space for Your Mind & Body

The Spiritual Activity Room was established as part of the Centre’s renovation project in 2018. It serves as a response to the community’s increasing demands for spiritual activities.

The Spiritual Activity Room is where spiritual practices take place. The newly established Spiritual Activity Room is specially designed to hold interactive activities to promote well-being and mindfulness, as well as to provide a venue for experiencing different spiritual and religious traditions.

Donation

Throughout the years, the Centre is dedicated to the dissemination and popularization of religious education, spirituality education, life education, holistic education and values education in the region.

Nevertheless, our work could not have been achieved without the continuous support of our partners down the years. We wish to dedicate this page to acknowledge and express our sincere gratitude for their sustained contribution and support. The Centre will continue its growth and work towards the mission to contribute to the spiritual well-being of our next generations, with the backing of our dedicated supporters.
