It’s natural to feel uncertain or even uneasy about its impact. While AI is often presented as a solution to many problems, is that always the case? In this workshop, we will engage in an in-depth discussion about how to thoughtfully integrate AI into our lives. We’ll explore the changes to expect, how to harness AI’s potential effectively, and strategies for deciding when to include or exclude AI in our daily activities.
