Speak：	Dr. Scott Cormode (Fuller Theological Seminary) Dr. Scott Cormode is the Hugh De Pree Professor of Leadership Development at Fuller Seminary. He is the founder of the Academy of Religious Leadership (the professional society for seminary professors who teach on leadership) and the founding editor of the Journal of Religious Leadership. His most recent book is called The Innovative Church (Baker Academic, 2020)
Abstract：	The purpose of the seminar is to talk about how to lead organizational change. It begins with one question: How do you help people change who desperately need to change and desperately do not want to change?
