Habakkuk
Extract

The opposite of faith is not suspicion but unbelief.
The Book of Habakkuk was written when the rich and the poor were in disparity with false belief, idolatry and lies everywhere. Habakkuk the prophet asked: Why does God allow evil? How can God use the evil to judge? When the status quo could not be explained by faith, the prophet stood on the watchtower with perplexity, continued to observe, willing to be corrected by God and wrote down what he saw. What God will accomplish is not controlled by us. He cannot be placed in our pockets. The completion of His plan is often in terms of hundred years, which probably would not be seen in our lifetime. Living in a historical fragment, it is not easy for us to understand God's will comprehensively.
Faced with the reversal of righteousness, let us still believe that God's work is on time and does not delay. Righteousness and its opposite are determined by God, depending on whether the people's mind is self-exalted or upright. Let the Word of God converts us and we will experience triumph in the test of faith.
