也可選擇直接前往東亞銀行存入報名費，請將收據正本連同報名表(如以報名表填交）寄交，並自行影印收據以作紀錄。（請勿以提款機繳費）

The University and Community Engagement and Outreach Academy of Creative Art reserves the right to make any necessary alternation about the courses without prior consultation. The University and Community Engagement and Outreach Academy of Creative Arts also reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient number of enrolments. All enrolled affected participants will be given any notice of any such change.
