The key research area aims to 1) engage in cutting-edge research on a variety of topics related to assessment in diverse educational settings and advance understanding of assessment practices and processes, as well as the connections between assessment, teaching and learning; 2) contribute to knowledge transfer by generating and disseminating research-based knowledge in educational assessment at local, regional, and international levels; 3) build up research collaboration and partnerships that contribute to the development and improvement of educational assessment.
