Thinking about teaching and management of Physics demonstration

As there are increasing social needs of equipping persons with creativity and inquiry ability, many universities are paying more attention to assess the effectiveness about physics demonstration and they are trying to change the traditional mode of physics demonstration into the new mode. However, some problems are also found to exist in the present situation. The author will make some preliminary probes on the teaching and management aspects of college physics demonstration.
