The Project aims to enhance promotion and management of the arts in Hong Kong by empowering arts management professionals through:

Research 研究	Professional Training 專業培訓	Learning and Professional Exchange Platform 學習、互動交流平台
Undertaking and facilitating research studies on management, engagement and promotion of the arts in Hong Kong. 進行或協助有關香港藝術管理、觀眾拓展，藝術推廣等不同範疇的研究。	Providing different types of training activities for arts management professionals, from one-day workshop to award-bearing programs. 配合未來藝術管理人員的需求，將提供學歷認可的碩士課程，並舉辦不同類型的講座或研討會。	Sharing latest best practices in arts management and promotion as well as local research reports. 提供一個學習及專業藝術管理人員的交流平台，讓藝術管理人員分享或交流有關藝術管理、藝術推廣及本地研究報告等最新資訊。
