       Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United
       States, Macau, Taiwan and China to discuss various issues related to
       innovation in social service delivery.

       Delivering his welcome speech, Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-
       leung, President of EdUHK, underscores the contemporary challenges
       to public and social services, as well as the strategic importance
       of applying innovative mechanisms to improve the efficiency and
       effectiveness of service delivery.
