Dr. Ma Ka Yin Lawrence, Lecturer I at the Department of Psychology, was invited to appear on a live interview at RTHKs programme entitled “MagaSenior” (香江暖流 《心情關注組》), which was broadcast live on RTHK Radio 5 and RTHK TV 31 on 1 May. Apart from going through how Leadership is conceptualized in the literature, Dr. Ma also shed light upon research on the nature-nurture debate on that topic.
