Extract：	A man needs mentors because unlike females, he needs guidance in order to gain wisdom of living. Scriptures have good and bad examples for us to learn, such as Moses and Joshua as well as King Solomon and his sons. There are several incentives to have mentors. Mentors give the necessary courage, wisdom and objectivity when difficult decision is meant to be made. Mentors may share their network in career and genuine friendship when a men fall into loneliness. Dr Li also shared his experience with several older men along his path of academic study and research. He encouraged us to become mentors of others.
