Beyond Virtue: The Politics of Education Emotion by Professor Liz Jackson at the Department of International Education, The Education University of Hong Kong, has won the 2022 Society of Professors of Education Outstanding Book Award. The book was published by Cambridge University Press in 2020.
 
The Society of Professors of Education, founded in 1902, is an academic association which provides a forum for consideration of major issues, tasks, problems, and challenges confronting professional educators.
 
This is the third award this book has received. The publication also won the 2021 Critics’ Choice Book Award of the American Educational Studies Association and the Book Award: Honourable Mention from the Philosophy of Education Society of Australasia in 2020.
