The registration fee of PRESENTER / NON-PRESENTER / STUDENT covers the following expenses: (1) Admission to all conference sessions, (2) Conference materials, (3) Refreshments and (4) Lunch.

    • For authors of conference papers / posters / workshops: At least one author of each accepted abstract/proposal has to complete the online registration before the end of September 2017 to ensure inclusion of the presentation in the conference program.
    • For organisers / authors of conference symposium: Symposium proposals must include three to four individual presentations. All presenters of the symposium must get registered with the conference.
    • For Postgraduate student participants: Please provide proof of your full-time student status, such as a copy of your student ID card or a statement from your adviser at the on-site registration. A regular registration fee rate will be charged for students unable to provide supporting documents.
    • No refund policy after registration.
