Liberal Studies is one of the core subjects in the Hong Kong senior secondary curriculum. This minor programme aims to equip participants with the pedagogical knowledge, skills, values and attitudes required to teach Liberal Studies. It enables participants to go beyond facts and engage in critical reflection through the study of perennial and contemporary issues. This minor includes the curriculum and methods in Liberal Studies, self and society, public health, social studies, globalization, science, technology and environmental studies.
