This project aims to analyze the drastic transformation of the relations between Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) since massive protests took place in spring 2019 and to assess the impacts of this crisis on the implementation of “One Country, Two Systems.”My analytical focus is on the changes in the following  key  dimensions:  (a)  the  evolving  constitutional  order,  (b)  the  political  dimension,  (c)  the  economic  dimension, (d) the information dimension, and (e) the security dimension.
