RG7/05-06 The Gender Identities, Career Trajectories, & Management Practices of Male Principals in Primary Schools

This project had dual purposes. First it aims to provide a fuller understanding of the experiences of men in a female-predominant occupation, and secondly, it aims to explore the gender awareness of male leaders and the extent that they have reinforced or challenged the gendered cultures in primary school teaching.
