This project aims to understand the general utilization of Chinese Medicine (CM) services among Hong Kong citizens, decision-making process of Hong Kong CM users and their corresponding comments toward medical policies regarding CM development through phone survey, clinic survey and in-depth interview. Suggestions for medical policy will be raised upon research analysis.
