Application for Discretionary Hall Places for Summer Residence 2020
Application for Discretionary Hall Places for Summer Residence 2020 will be open for all full-time students of the University to apply from 9:00 am on 26 May to 5:00 pm on 29 May 2020.
The online application form is available for access during application period via HMS website.
All information provided in the application must be accurate and true. Any provision of false information may lead to disqualification of the application and/or disciplinary action.

Recruitment of Student Hall Tutors 2020-21 for Student Halls/Quaters (2nd Round)
The Student Affairs Office (SAO) is looking for students with genuine interest in hall life and are keen to serve fellow residents. The period of appointment of Student Hall Tutors will be from 7 August 2020 (Friday) to 2 July 2021 (Friday). Selection will be based on the capabilities and relevant experience of applicants.

Application for Summer Residence 2020
With the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Summer Residence for 2020 will be open for application from eligible students with genuine needs for on-campus accommodation during the specified period to minimize the human flow in the hall community.
The online application will be open from 9:00 am on 8 May to 11:59 pm on 14 May 2020. Please refer to Summer Residence page for details:
(1st Round) iHostel Application 2020/21
The iHostel Application for Student Accommodation 2020/21 (1st Round) for UGC-funded Full-time Undergraduate and Research Postgraduate Returning Students will open from 00:00, 14 April 2020 (Tuesday) to 23:59, 28 April 2020 (Tuesday).
Please access the iHostel System (https://pappl01.eduhk.hk/iHostel/) and complete the online application before the designated deadline. Late application will not be entertained.
All information about Hall Admission 2020/21 will be uploaded to the website of Hall Management Section (https://www.eduhk.hk/sh) before the application period. You are advised to read carefully the application guidelines on our website before submitting your application.
Briefing Session on Hall Admission 2020/21
