Akanksha Rai, an EdUHK Language Studies student, recently gained valuable experience as an intern at the Hong Kong International Literary Festival, where she conducted in-depth analysis of books, authors, and literary awards. Akanksha then compiled her findings into useful materials such as presentations.
Juggling multiple concurrent projects also helped Akanksha refine her time management and project planning skills. She gained a behind-the-scenes perspective of organising a large-scale event. The holistic internship experience proved highly educational in equipping Akanksha with valid skills for a future career in the literary field.
