Managing your mood & Planning for days @home

Days are not as usual under novel coronavirus. It’s normal for you to experience different feelings and negative emotions.
No matter how the days are, WE ARE WITH YOU! We’ve prepared some tips for you. Hope they can shed you some insights on managing your mood, providing good care of yourself, and having some directions about what to do during this special period.

Though the face-to-face counselling service is suspended in view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus outbreak, students may still keep in touch with your Counsellors via telephone or email for emotional support.
If you have enquiries or need urgent counselling, you can call 2948 6245 or send email to saocs@eduhk.hk You can also call EdUHK 24-hour hotline at 8208 1155 for counselling support after office hour.
