 Self Photos / Files - New_Poster_Flourishing@EdUHK mentor sem 1

Have you ever experienced a time when your friend was depressed and you did not know what to do? Apart from listening to their needs, you can also take the initiatives to be with them.

Act of Kindness collaborates with “LevelMind@JC” and guides you on caring for peers with emotional distress. Let’s build positive relationships with others together. Act of Kindness includes:

  • Acquire peer counselling skills from professional social workers and psychologists
  • Organize self-initiated activities to show care to your peers
  • Learn about Positive Education and establish positive attitudes towards life

Learn to be a peer, listen and treat others sincerely.
