Special Announcement

Please note that the Registry’s Retreat will be held in the morning of 25 May 2018, during which only minimal services** will be available at the Information Centre.  Normal services will be resumed after 3:00 pm on that day. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

** Only general information will be provided. Enquiries requiring specific information will be handled as soon as practicable after normal services are resumed.  The counter service to receive various kinds of applications such as academic documents, deferment of studies, credit transfer will not be affected.  However, for application for replacement of Student Card, students can only collect the new cards from 11:00am to 6:00pm on the following working day (i.e. 28 May 2018) and thereafter at IT Help Desk Service Counter, not on the date of submission.  Please also note that the distribution of academic award certificates will be suspended until 3:00 pm on that day.  In other words, graduates/ authorized persons will not be able to collect the certificates at the Information Centre during the period. (i.e. from 8:30am to 3:00pm on 25 May 2018)
