The demands of modern life have resulted in increasing sleep deprivation, especially in Hong Kong where its residents sleep less than the global average. Aiming to promote awareness and understanding of students‘ sleep health in school administrators, teachers, counsellors and parents, seminars and workshops have been delivered by the project team in institutions from primary to tertiary levels. Results from the pre- and post-seminar assessment demonstrated a significant increase of sleep awareness after attending the talk. Other follow-ups of the project to enhance sleep health awareness will be discussed.
