Attention for the Registration and Payment
  • For authors of conference papers / posters: At least one author for every accepted paper is required to register by 15 May 2014.
  • For organizers / authors of conference symposiums: All presenters of the symposium must register by 15 May 2014.
  • For students / HK school practitioners: Please provide proof of your teacher's / student’s status, such as a copy of your staff card / student ID card or a formal letter (with organization chop) for the on-site registration. Full participation fee will be charged for student / HK school practitioner unable to provide supporting document.
  • Requests for modification or cancellation of registration and reservation for conference dinner will NOT be entertained under normal circumstances.
  • The online payment system is suitable for payment made by credit card only. Only VISA and Master are accepted. The official Conference exchange rate is US$1 = HK$7.8.
