About the SKT Project
The Student Knowledge Transfer (SKT) Project is an initiative by the Department of Psychology aimed at encouraging students to bring psychological knowledge beyond the classroom and into the community. Through the SKT Project, students transform what they have learned from their research or capstone projects into meaningful and accessible knowledge for the public.
What Students Do
The SKT Project provides students with the opportunity to design and deliver knowledge transfer activities such as:
These activities apply psychological knowledge to real‑life contexts. By engaging the public as knowledge recipients, students gain valuable experience in bridging academic research with everyday applications and strengthening their sense of social responsibility.
Our Commitment
The SKT Project highlights the Department’s commitment to enhancing students’ learning experiences by encouraging them to engage with the community and apply psychological knowledge in real‑world contexts. Through these projects, students are able to deepen their own learning while contributing in practical and thoughtful ways to the communities they engage with.
