EdUHK’s EASE Fund Award Ceremony

You or your representatives are cordially invited to cover The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK)’s Education and Social Entrepreneurs Fund (EASE Fund) Award Ceremony this Tuesday (12 March).

 

The EASE Fund, EdUHK’s first entrepreneurship scheme, marks a major milestone in cultivating creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative ambiance within the EdUHK community. Featuring the themes of education technology, education innovation, and social innovation, the scheme received over 20 applications after its launch last summer. After months of idea development, consultation and mentoring by practitioners from the related sectors, five teams will pitch their proposals in a final presentation on Tuesday. The three teams winning the award will be provided with a total of HK$360,000 in seed funding to start up their social ventures.

 

Officiating at the award ceremony will be Professor Lui Tai-lok, Vice President (Research and Development) of EdUHK. Other details are as follows:
