The Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) is going to organise an online forum “Paving Teachers’ Promotion Path”. EPL is committed to pursuing excellence in teaching and innovation, improving school leadership and management effectiveness, and supporting schools in promoting team building, teacher professional development, and innovation. Scholars and experienced principals will share the concept and practice of coordinating, communicating, and managing teacher promotion from school leaders and colleagues’ perspectives.
