Academic collaboration and exchange between Hong Kong and Macau entered a new phase with the signing of an agreement between HKIEd and the University of Macau (UM) on 1 June 2005. Professor Iu Vai-pan, Rector of UM (right), signed a 3-year Agreement for Academic Collaboration with Professor Paul Morris, President of the HKIEd.
