RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT : A non-refundable deposit of HK$280.00 or US$37.00 is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking otherwise the reservation will not be processed. The balance of payment is required by 26 November, 1998. For any query regarding the hotel reservation, please contact Associated Tours Ltd.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notices must be in a written form and received by Associated Tours Ltd. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation	Penalty
After confirmation	100% of the deposit
On or after Nov 26, 1998	100% of the total fee

No refund will be given for the unused room nights due to late arrival and / or early departure.
