Ways of Working

The ways of working describe the structures and processes through which we will learn more about leadership, particularly future readiness and inclusion. They are designed to frame your learning journey and are all linked and interrelated. Some will result in defined, tangible outcomes to share, while others are more akin to silent/personal learning processes. The main ways of working are presented in following figure.
