Each year, the International Postgraduate Roundtable and Research Forum cum Summer School (IPRRFSS) in Education, Social Sciences, Liberal Arts and Humanities brings together distinguished academics, postgraduate students and experts at our beautifully green and pleasant campus.
IPRRFSS has been organized since 2011. Last year, more than 350 scholars and postgraduate students from 14 countries / regions participated in our Forum. The IPRRFSS 2017 is expected to have about 300 local and overseas participants.
The event is jointly organised by EdUHK and an array of partner universities. In the past few years, we have worked with both local, regional and international institutions from Australia, USA, Germany, Japan, Korea, Macau, mainland China, Russia, Singapore, and Taiwan etc.
As a unique international event for and by students, postgraduate students have taken the lead in organising the Forum, co-chaired at panel sessions, and presented at the Postgraduate Roundtables with academic staff and international scholars. Our Forum encourages postgraduate students to collaborate more fully across the border and across disciplines than they have done traditionally, to present their work and to work with people with diverse cultures and communities. It also provides them with updates on the latest international discourses on research methodology and assessments in education, social sciences, liberal arts, and humanities.
The next International Postgraduate Roundtable and Research Forum cum Summer School will be held 3-7 July 2017.
More update will be coming soon.
