Academic matters at Host institution
□ Submit all your assignments, finish examinations, arrange to collect transcript and obtain necessary documents (e.g. course outline timetable and contact hours) to support your Credit Transfer application (if applicable),
Check-out and Clearance
□ Update GAO your return date & flight.
□ Inform the International Office of your host institution for your date of departure.
□ Return all the library books you borrowed.
□ Pay all outstanding bills or fines, and close your bank account, if appropriate.
□ Complete check-out procedures for your housing, e.g. return keys, default the setting of the furniture and arrange for housing deposit refund (if any).
□ If you are staying longer to travel, ensure your visa and entry stamp will remain valid, and your insurance covers the additional period.
□ Online Evaluation Form (link to be provided).
□ Financial Statement (sample and template will be provided).
□ Photos of your international summer programmes.
□ E‐Portfolio (submit your link via Mach Form – link to be provided).
□ ALL ORIGINAL receipts and boarding passes of air transportation (GLEF applicants only).
□ ALL ORIGINAL Receipts of housing fee (on-campus/off campus) (GLEF applicants only).
- On-campus: MUST clearly show the rent, your name, period you stayed, name/logo of host university
- Off-campus: MUST clearly show the rent, your name, period you stayed, name/logo of hostel
□ Keep ALL ORIGINAL bank slip, payment/transaction record, supporting documents (GLEF applicants only).
