Welcome to the EdU Card Photo Upload System!

The EdU Card Photo Upload System provides you with a simple and convenient way to upload your photo for the EdU Card, saving you time and troubles queuing up to submit your photo in print.

Please upload your photo within the stipulated period and we would start printing your EdU Card once you have completed programme registration (for students) or reported duty at the Human Resources Office (for staff). A notification will be sent to your registered email address when your EdU card is ready for collection.
